Severe Eye conjunctivitis
I am having severe eye allergy from last 20 years I have recently conducted allergy test, its shows high allergy from house dust, lemon, chana flour etc But i have observed its due to Fluctuations in the atmosphere pollution (AQI) and temperature It gets worsen in winters High redness, itching, puffiness, blurness I want to know if it can be cured through a diet?

Eye allergy can be due to dryness or conjunctivitis To avoid that in diet work on vitamin B ,A AND C more And do connect with opthalmologist or eye surgeon
