Hello, I am suffering from severe Vitamin D deficiency(5.48) and going through hairfall and drastic weight gain issues. Please suggest me a diet plan to lose weight and stop hair loss. I am also taking Vitamin D supplement and Keraglow tabs for hairlosd issue
