I'm a 20-year-old student, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighing around 90 kilograms. I've gained body fat, particularly around my stomach, chest, shoulders, and hands, which is causing breathing difficulties that others have pointed out to me. I'm looking to lose weight and reduce my body fat.

Having oats with little honey in toned milk  in the morning for maintaining a healthy body adding apples. . pomegranate and papaya .carrot on it but in a little small portion eating having green tea. After some time Lunch having 1 small portion apple 🍎.1 small portion orange .half little portion avacado fruits and mosambi and 1 glass beetroot carrot juice only no rice and roti and oats  or alternative pomegranate juice or orange mosambi juice evening Zym 1 hours and after gyming green tea and around 7.30 pm dinners 2 multi grain atta roti half portion little  India gate basmati brown rice weight watchers and salads beetroot cucumber.tomatto .white radish with pink salt and 1 egg omlette And then go for  brisk walking 1 hours Previously 92 kg now 78 kg

Can I increase height?

I really want to know that. Can I increase my height? I am 22 right now turning 23 soon. My height is 5.6 feet. I want to increase my height by at least 1-2 inches, is there any chance to increase by exercising and nutritious diet combined.(also my parents are not tall either).

Diet helping in loosing weight

I have a weight of around 74.5 kgs and my height is 5 ft 3 inch. I'm overweight according to my height. I've been trying to loose weight since more than 2 years but hardly get any result. Also I have been exercising enough to get results since 3 months but due to some illness I've not been exercising since 2 weeks. No matter how hard I try there's barely any results also I take care of what I eat too. So I wanted to know how to manage diet for loosing weight. Plz tell me for maintaining healthy body Heart .liver kidney .lungs which fruits and juice is good And in morning I wake up 4 o clock  I take ALU BUKRA dried pulm 2 in empty stomach hit for running 8 km and than go for Gyming  1 hours after coming  I'm having oats with toned milk and honey and take green tea and lunch I'm having Half small bowl fruits apple. Avacado. Orange.mosambi and 1 glass beetroot carrot juice or sometimes  mosambi .or pomegranate juice  alternative and evening I go for running 3 km and then go for gyming 45 min and then take green tea and dinner having boil food with spinach. Brocoli and small portion of india gate basmati brown rice weight watchers with 2 multi grain atta roti half bowl beetroot tomato.cucumber and radish salad my weight is now 78 kg is ok is my weight ok or should I lose more weight Everyday competing 17 km running 11 km and brisk walking 6 km Completing 1200 calorie burn now I'm 78 kg
