Unable to Weight loss
Hello sir / ma'am, I want to ask for my wife 31 yrs old (155cm ht.) 5'1" ht  & weight 60 kg. She is around 6 - 7 kg overweight. Her food consumption is also average. She is doing cardio/ exercise 5 days a week(1 hr  per day) from past 6 months. But not able to loose any weight. Pls suggest where she is going wrong.

Namaste I think she is not going anywhere wrong in terms of exercise but I need to know what do u mean by average food consumption. Need to know what all she consumes in the whole day. Her vitals and health parameters are also important before prescribing or suggesting anything.

As she is already doing training from 6month,i want to know some more details like in 6 months any weight reduction was there?, any lifestyle disorder like thyroid, PCOS or any medicine intake? Her trying schedule And her  latest blood reports . What do you mean by average food intake sometime taking too less also problematic.
