Hi Sir/Madam. This is regarding weight reduction. The apple vinegar (plix brand) has been part of my weight loss diet for the past six months. I take one tab before lunch and one tab before dinner. The weight loss has been around 2 to 3 kgs and I was wondering if I could continue it for another couple of months.. Could you please give me some suggestions.

Only ACV is not enough. Not advisable to consume in long run. Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
