Weight loss done in correct way, there will be no nutrient deficiencies. If it is in wrong way, then there is a chance of nutrient deficiency. Make sure include protien sources, vitamins and minerals sufficiently.

Hair loss can have several potential causes, and while weight loss itself is not a direct cause of hair loss, it can contribute to the problem indirectly. Significant weight loss over a short period of time can sometimes trigger a condition called telogen effluvium, which is a type of temporary hair shedding. This condition occurs when the body experiences a significant physiological stress, such as rapid weight loss, which can disrupt the normal hair growth cycle. Ideal weight loss is when you lose 2-4 kg in a month that too with balanced nutrition without cutting the calorie.
Next Steps
To promote hair regrowth, it's important to address any underlying causes and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Here are some suggestions: 1. Consult a doctor: It's always a good idea to consult with a doctor or dermatologist to determine the exact cause of your hair loss and receive appropriate advice tailored to your specific situation. 2. Balanced diet: Ensure you're consuming a well-balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals, and protein, which are essential for healthy hair growth. Include foods like protien sources like lean meats, fish, eggs, paneer, whey protein, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. 3. Hydration: Drink an adequate amount of water daily to keep your body and scalp hydrated. 4. Gentle hair care: Handle your hair gently to minimize breakage. Avoid excessive heat styling, harsh chemicals, and tight hairstyles that can pull on the hair. 5. Scalp care: Keep your scalp clean and free from excess oil or dandruff. Regularly shampoo and condition your hair to maintain a healthy scalp environment. 6. Avoid stress: Manage stress levels through techniques such as exercise, meditation, or engaging in activities you enjoy. Stress can contribute to hair loss. 7. Consider supplements: Everyone's situation is unique so you can consult me for a detailed analysis and diet plan for hair regrowth naturally and support from supplements.
