I weigh 63kgs and height is 5feet 2 inch. I want to lose 10kg of body fat with the aim to become fit and healthy . Although I am trying hard from my side by exercising 4 to 5 times a week and eating proper food I am not able to achieve this weight loss goal hence I am seeking medical help on this.

Weight around tummy
I m 5 inches 4 feet in height and my weight is 68 kgs. Post ceaserian i had gained weight around my tummy only. Tummy while other parts s
Hands are very small n slim, overall face look like I'm weak,bt get tummy n tyre around belly. I don't eat too much,still nt able to maintain body in shape.
Also want to have fruits,juice, fibers, salad n milk n also necessary things but don't know when and how much? Coz even one apple make me full.
