I am very fat
My stomach, hip n my breast is big n it is my problem where I feel I am ugly, please provide me a solution for my problem.... As I m doing night shift m not able to cope up with my diet n can ull please provide me a solution..........,,,,,n also give me an alternate timing to hav my food n m ready to do whatever I shud do .......... I dn eat on time as I sleep more..... As soon as I wake up I get ready and go to work.... Tat makes me eat Oly once a day......... My sister's are nice n thin which makes my self ugly if I stand in front of them..... I myself lost confidence on me.... Lost confidence in attending any family functions.... As people look at me in a very weird reaction....... I hate to be like this........... Please help me.... As my elder sister wedding is approaching in other 2 months.... I have to loose weight at any heights....... Thank you for your patience to read my problems......... Please do provide me with some powerful solution n I hope you understood.....

Over weight
I am overweight which is 90kgs. These days I am working on it as my target is 60kgs. My major concern is my thighs. For that I am drinking 8-9 glasses of water. Having 2 parantha in breakfast, 2 chapati with vegetable in lunch and soup fruits and salad for dinner. I drink 2 cup of green tea once in morning and the other in afternoon. In evening I walk briskly for an hour and do exercise for my thighs. I am a working executive and wake up at 6 in the morning and by 10:30 I get hold of my bed. It's been a month I have been practicing this regime. Can you please suggest the amendment in my regime that can I do to achieve my target. Any help would be appreciated. Waiting for the help.
