Weight around tummy
I m 5 inches 4 feet in height and my weight is 68 kgs. Post ceaserian i had gained weight around my tummy only. Trying everything, but due to homemaker, online tutor can't make up time for regular exercise and also can't stick to a particulat diet plan...though i am trying my level best but still it seems the weight is not shedding from my tummy...please help

Eat small frequent meals atleast every 2.5 to 3 hrs.Increase intake of fruits and vegetables atleast 3 fruits and 5 vegetables a day.Drink 8-10 glasses of water.Sleep atleast 8hrs in the night.Include fiber rich foods and avoid processed products.Reduce carbs abd increase protein intake.Exercise for atleast 1hr in a day
