How to gain weight
I am girl of 18..my height is 181cm but i am only 50 kg weight. I am a marfan syndrome patient also having hypothyroidism(thyronorm 25).mine is a very mild case of marfan syndrome. Dr said me to do every day to day activity and didn't proscribed any treatment or medicine. But im very skinny.. A ate a lot to gain weight.. I consumed protein powder for 4months. Still a not bit changed...how can i gain weight.. What is the maximum can i do to gain weight? I am very insecured about my physical structure

Under eating during dinner
I have been dealing with ibs constipation from more than 8 years. Everybody says that eating less at night keeps your digestive system healthy and you will wake up energized in the morning. But if i under eat and sleep with hunger my mornings are like hell with my rhinitis flareup, bloating, body pains, lethargy, dry skin and mainly constipated. Funny thing is I feel better eating unhealthy food than healthy food. If i eat heavily foods like biriyani, milk shakes ice creams etc. I feel better in the morning than when i eat healthy food. But eating like this is making me gain weight and i am very much confused of how to eat satisfactorily and lose weight.

Hi,
Will there be any problem if I chewed the multivitamin Health OK by mistake. I am taking it for lethargy and tiredness. It has been 2 days and now I was feeling little bit drowsy so that's why I asked this question.

Back n leg pain due to vitamin B12
Hi,
I have leg pain n back pain frequently due to vitamin B12 n Vitamin D deficiency. If I take supplements for vitamin B12 1500 mcg dose for one week n calcirol twice, I got relief. But after 15-20 days again same problem. I just want to know, for how many days I should take Vitamin B12 tablets continuosly. And what is the daily dose recommend.

High cholesterol
