Lose weight ASAP
Hello , I am currently 29 yrs old (female) 90kgs.. Having problems like gastritis and mild colitis I have also started getting back pain now. What is the best diet option to lose weight?? Keto/General/Any other form?? I have never opted for dieting .. Can anyone please suggest anything that's best and quick possible way to lose weight as that's the only way left to cure myself from all this I feel.. Thanks in advance! 🙂
