I am Ankur Shrivastava from Gwalior Madhya Pradesh. I am a university teacher by profession. I have a sedentary lifestyle. But one thing is clear. I take small meals throughout in a day with installments. Not exceeding 5 chapati in a day. I have a habit of taking one banana and one apple daily. But still I feel dull in my energy level and I get mentally exhausted by evening. I am not having any diabetic problem. I had mild corona in January 2021 but i am vaccinated thrice.
