Research suggests that cheese slices contain unhealthy amounts of sodium and fat, making them an unhealthy dietary choice if consumed regularly. High levels of sodium can lead to high blood pressure and other cardiac issues. High levels of fat can increase cholesterol levels in the body which can lead to obesity or heart disease in extreme cases. Additionally, cheese slices are often processed with added preservatives that may be harmful over time when consumed frequently. On the other hand cheese has a good amount of protein and fat. If you consume occasionally like once in a week then it may not create any problem.
Any thing that is processed better to avoid intake on regular basis. once in 15 days is fine. You can take panner at place of cheese. Make it sure you have adequate intake of fruits and vegetables and stay hydrated.
Hi,
You have not mentioned the type of cheese. Processed cheese is always a big no. Or if taken, take in moderation. But regular low fat cheese can be consumed on a regular basis. But this is generalised. The opinion differs in different medical conditions & other parameters of the person.
On regular its not healthy
Its have fat and other elements also like slight sugar and more salt
And it is a fermented products
Too much of fermented products also affect stomach health ( digestion)
