Eating cheese and butter together
When I toast bread , I prefer to add  a cheese slice as well as apply butter . Is it ok to eat cheese and butter together with toasted bread . Please confirm.

If you don't have any medical issues, have a good body composition (low body fat percentage) & lead an active lifestyle, it's alright to eat this combination sometimes. Not as a regular meal option.

While cheese contains more protein than butter, the latter has healthy fats that can help strengthen bones and improve your eyesight. But its depend on portion size u eaten.
