Raw cheese and milk
I drank protein powder with milk since i m pregnant to increase the birth weight of baby... after drinking protein powder milk i ate raw cheese. somebody told me that cheese shouldn't be eaten after milk... is it true??? will it harm my stomach?

It’s totally depends on your digestive system only.. but make a diet plan for how much protein you want to consume during pregnancy

Gud evening pls kindly try to take dietician suggestion prior if u have any doubts, so that u will get your ans properly. Yes u can have but in required amount not in excess.

have a proper balanced diet with adequate water intake n some form of exercise like walking or yoga for 20 to 30mins minimum early morning preferably.
