Lactogen milk powder with complan
My 2-year old daughter is not fond of cow's milk and lactogen milk powder much. she prefers new flavours like Bournvita and Junior Horlicks. Is it ok to prepare drink by mixing lactogen and jr. horlicks or lactogen and bournvita? Would it contaminate the lactogen based milk? If it is safe to mix, then it will be easier (and stress free) to arrange and feed him a flavoured drink.

Hello, Give her dry fruit milk, homemade almond milk instead. Most of all energy drinks are loaded with additives and sugar. You can consult me online for the detailed diet chart.
