Avoid Milk n milk products.
My 6 year old daughter was on feeder till 4 years then i thought that i should give her milk by Cup or Sipper. As soon as i stopped giving her milk with her feeder she completly stopped taking milk n its 2 years now i am struggling with this, not only milk, she dont have milk products too. I tried mixing chocolate flavour powders n many tricks i did but nothing worked. Now i am really worried because she is so weak, every other day her legs n knees give her pain. She dont walk for long distances like my son. Any adivice will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Please try to include calcium and vitamin D rich foods, also there are different ways to give all these foods, not just in the form of drink. Want to know more about these foods and how to make your daughter more stronger please reach me through Practo.
