Pls suggest me smthn for milk supply m worried ...it's 20 days since I delivered n m not lactating ...my baby is on formula and is constipated coz of it...I want to breastfeed pls help

Add galactogogies in your diet.like - garlic,Fenugreek etc.during pregnancy you should discuss it with your gynecologist.becuse milk produce during pregnancy time.you should have more concious about this that time.
