Hi You have to eat local, seasonal and traditional food which is healthy and suits your body the most. Never ignore the suggestions of experienced ladies of the house like mother or grandmother keeping the good health in your mind. Reduce your stress level by doing pranayam daily for 15 minutes in the morning.

Hi You take good diet which includes milk, paneer, curds, dal, sprouts, lentils, methi seeds laddoo, flax seeds ladoo, gond, coconut ladoos, lots of green vegetables and fresh fruits. Shtawari and cumin seeds help increase milk supply. Drink lots of water and fluids. Put the baby to breast and don't use pump to extract milk. Relax while feeding baby. Enjoy motherhood.
