Hi, Balanced nutrition along with sound sleep of 7-8 hours will definately go a long way in improving milk production and secretion. It is a demand and supply mechanism. Ensure that you allow the baby to suckle more. Galactagogues in the diet like Bajra, Rava, Methi, Jeera, Garden cress seeds,Nuts, Milk and its products help.
