Gud morning,can u pls just share in detail his medical test reports,how's his routine dietary pattern,is he doing walking or yoga,is he getting good sleep in night,how much is his water intake per day,is he taking any dietary supplement or not of good brand like pentasure,I need to know in detail everything.he can take soy milk or almond milk instead of whole milk.
