Calcium Substitute for milk and dairy
Hey, I have GERD, so I'm unable to drink milk or any dairy products except butter milk, so I just wanted to know whether calcium tablets would be a good enough substitute for my daily calcium intake, if yes which should I buy and if not, what are the foods I can eat to maintain my intake. I'm a vegetarian, so please limit the options to vegetarian products. Thank you.
