Hi,
Instead of adding a lactation powder, take a good amount of vegetables and good protein sources such as tofu, paneer and legumes.
In addition to these, also include nuts, dry fruits and Fenugreek seeds and pumpkin.
Next Steps
Please reach out to me via Practo chat or DM me on Instagram by Ashmeeta Bhatia or HealthKindle for a customised diet plan.
For proper milk supply and effective lactation you should take proper diet and include those foods which will help you to increase milk production.
Also feed your baby with full of emotions and passionately because attachment and psychological state matters a lot. Feel happy and relax while feeding, don't stressed out because it will also hamper milk production. How much your baby is sucking that also matters.
I would suggest you to consult me personally for personal guidance through practo via calling.
Include normal food for baby. Breastfeeding has only immunoglobulin no nutrition. So encourage his weaning food
