Among brown bread & white bread which is better as breakfast ??? Which has more proteins cheese slices or peanut butter ??? as both can be eaten with bread in the morning.

Breads are ferment..good bakers use yeast for fermentation.which r healthy for out digestion.it helps to digest easily n takes less time. Now these days because many bakers using bad fat to make taste,thats y its unhealthy . Cheese n peanut butter r healthy but same time it healps to gain weight easily. If u planing to lose weight avoid both..

Hi, Brown bread can be consumed, which are proper atta or multi grain ones,but it is better to avoid since any baked products contains bad fats in less or high amounts. Peanut butter is healthier option as spread than cheese.

Breads are not good meal supplement but brown bread 4 slices/10 days are good to consume. See the wraper before buy breads( no pottasium bromate/Iodate). Peanut butter much healthier than cheese slices.
