Hey, i want to ask that is it okay to have roasted bread and butter as the breakfast every day. i eat 10 breads every day, is it safe for health to have bread everyday ? or can it create any problem in future ??

Bread is processed food with lots of sugar, salt and oil. It has no nutritional value. You can have once in a while but having so much bread daily may lead to nutritional deficiencies.
