Buns,bread are made up of refined flour, sugar, additive, preservatives, fat . Not good  for health.  Go for  healthy options... sprouts ,makhana,chana chat, fruit

In evening time u should take fruits,roasted chana,veg poha ,veg bhel ,sprout chaat ,dhokla,many option which r good in nutrition .For  proper meal chart than contact me for coustamized diet plan through practo u will get good results definately.

Bread Bun are made of refined flour and to make bun or bread or any bakery items need lots of fat and sodium. Better to opt for healthy options. Like Roasted Peanuts Channa Makhana instead of bakery products

Bakery products are refined  carbohydrates and so are no good for health.you can replace it with some healthy options like roasted chana futana/khakara1/fruit1/roasted soyabean/puffed rice/sprout chat.
