How many bread
Can i eat 2 slices of white bread everyday? I heard bread causes cancer so wil it be safe to eat only 2 slices of white bread?

Don't take daily same refined cereals in breakfast take poha/upma /oats/daliya.. Changes is necessary & Fibre rich food include in ur diet.

Try to change your bfast as natural like Dalia poha Upma dosa idli etc . White bread can be eaten smtimes but don’t take it daily . Chat directly for detailed conversation and better nutrition guidance for proper results

Dont take daily weekly thrice is ok As it is made up of maida refined flour so that is not good for ur DIGESTION
