Bread is kind of high glycemic food, more calories, sugar, its fermented product, so it's not completely good option on healthy lifestyle.same time u can eat but in few conditions such as diabetes, can't eat more. Instead of bread 🍞 can eat fruit, vegetables preparation along with complex carb or digestive cards.

Hi! White bread has a very high glycemic index of 75, which means you digest it very quickly. Heck, you might as well be eating table sugar. It also has a lot of calories, 1 single slice has around 79 calories. So, it has a lot of energy and it does not keep you full for long. The only big difference between two breads is the content of fibres, useful for our bowel. Fats added to bread make a bigger difference. Many brown breads , btw contains oily seeds , giving more energy to the body. A moderate use of white bread, in our diet has no big issues four our health, as it’s for any kind of bread.
