Breakfast for weight loss
Can you suggest a healthy breakfast for weight loss? My breakfast: Oats with hot water, 2 bananas, 2 peanut butter sandwiches with whole wheat bread, Green tea with ginger, lemon, mint (sometimes add milk powder and little sugar) Please suggest changes/additions. Also, I'm a student so my room doesn't have a fridge.

Breakfast is one of the most important meal of the day and moreover if you are looking for weight loss, it should not be get skipped. Here are some options: 1. One bowl of oats porridge=you can add 2 to 3 tablespoon of oats in milk/ milk powder (,it is not a good option. Low fat milk will be more preferable). Add 5 to 6 chopped almonds and half cut apple with half teaspoon sugar in it. 2.peanut sandwich(2 pc multi grain toast) with 1 glass low fat milk and 1 fruit. 3 .similarly like oats porridge. You can even try muesli porridge. In this just add half cut apple and half teaspoon sugar while consuming. 4 can go for tomato cucumber sandwich with 1 glass of low fat milk and handful of soaked almonds. Note: if you don't have fridge., you can purchase milk and try to consume the remaining on the same day.
