Is coconut meat good or bad?
Is coconut meat good or bad? I am aware it increases weight but what is the allowed quantity to eat coconut meat? Can we coconut meat along with rice? Should we skip rice or a meal in order to eat coconut meat? I have been eating coconut meat on a day basis when I was young. It was coolinh and it helped constipation far better than the vegetables or fruits. Nowadays everyone is creating fear to avoid coconut meat because of its fat content.

Healthy evening sir, Although coconut meat provides highly valuable nutrients, the food contains moderation amount of saturated fats, so it’s best to enjoy it in moderation. Eating coconut meat regularly can improve heart health, regulate blood sugar levels, and promote digestion.
