Is it Tender coconut safe to consume?
Hi, im 31 week pregnant with 125/90 BP taking Labetalol 100mg x 3 times daily. Drinking Tender coconut daily is good or not? I have totally stopped salt from last 2 months. Taking paneer 200grams daily, milk twice with Protein Simmom 3 scoops, plenty of water, dry fruits, fresh fruits... Please suggest is there anything I need to add or remove to lower BP? Since I'm in 31 week I want my baby weight to grow faster now 1.6kg... Please reply solution in detail 🙏

Take tender coconut in that case if you are in southern region of india If not then there is no use or special thing added to you as taking fruits and fruits juices according to geographic region is way better then taking food products that are not of your local region
