Should we take creatine before workout
Hi doctors
Recently I started going to gym and my history of going gym is Nil. I am quite lean and hardly gain. I am under weight and now I feel I should gain some decent weight.
I was advised by my coach in gym that I should be having creatine before workout and during workout I should take BCAAs. Post workout whey protein as i am a vegetarian.
Pls advise if I am on right track as I started using taking them already.
