Namaste Ji. Since you are in recovery phase . It's not only about calories. It's basically more important the quality of diet you are taking. Indulging in physical activity regime is good. But in initial phase of recovery.  Its recommended to avpid vigorous physical activity to have positive health outcomes.

Hi, It's not recommended to go for intense workout as of now, because body is on heal  mode & is under weakness. Do mild exercises at home or in gym & gradually increase its intensity. Calories should be qualitative & quantitative both.

Dengue fever is basically a viral infection with flu like symptoms and it is caused by mosquito bite. This fever is also called “break bone fever”due to the severe joint pain occurring due to this disease. In this recovery phase, it is necessary to include exercise in your daily regime which could include walking or light weight exercise or also free hand exercises. Start with walking at a slow pace, the slower you start, the better it goes for the body.

Hello Firstly it's not advisable to calculate in this manner and eat. You can consult a dietitian and she'll help you with your daily diet and nutrition requirements. If you're not feeling so energetic then better to start with low intensity workout. Eat well and drink enough water.
Next Steps
Book appointment through Practo for proper consultation.
Health Tips
