Hello there. I can understand your concern.
You can have anything as such. There are no diet restrixtions you need to follow. Just avoid oily and spixy foods for a few days.
Have lots of fruits and vegetables.
Have a high protein diet. Eggs and dals will be great.
Drink plenty of fluids. More water will be helpful.

papaya, watermelon,guava,kiwi fruit,banana any of this or total in fruit salad of 200 gm before food.
take more fluids
1 boiled egg per day
dhal water,whey water in soups form.
