This question is for my mother. She is having dengue fever. I just want to ask, what foods she can have and what to avoid. We are not giving her spicy or oily food. Can she have paneer, cheese? And tea? Milk tea aur green tea? Coffee?

Give her soft, easy to digest foods like khichdi, dal, rice, Dalia, upma, oats frequently in small amounts. Give her freshly prepared juice like pomegranate, apple, carrot, and coconut water. Soups should be given.
Tea, coffee, milk she can have.
Don't give fried, oily and non vegetarian foods.

Give good amount of liquid
Let her start with semi solid food then maintain solid in her diet.
Do check with the cleaning and hygiene while giving her any food

She can eat everything only thing u have to keep in mind that you r giving her adequate liquids in form of coconut water, orsl, fruit juices, veg soups, lemon water etc.
Also try to give her easily digestable foods like khichdi, sago khichdi and daliya
Yes u can give her tea and coffee if she is not facing any gastric issue
