Now I am suffering with cold, I won't eat outside food and I haven't take too much jaggery
As usual lifestyle like morning idli, afternoon and evening as usual lunch like rice and curry that's it.
But after workout I eat peanut butter +milk, eggs, bananas. after 1 hour I eat cold apples and cold pomegranate that's it
Can you tell me why would I get cold

May be due to cold apple and pomegranates. Don't eat fruits immediately after taking it from fridge.
Atleast 45min before eating you should take fruits out of fridge.
