Cold and cough
Hello sir/madam Now I am suffering with cold, I won't eat outside food and I haven't take too much jaggery As usual lifestyle like morning idli, afternoon and evening as usual lunch like rice and curry that's it. But after workout I eat peanut butter +milk, eggs, bananas. after 1 hour I eat cold apples and cold pomegranate that's it Can you tell me why would I get cold

May be due to cold apple and pomegranates. Don't eat fruits immediately after taking it from fridge. Atleast 45min before eating you should take fruits out of fridge.

Hi, Taking Vit C rich diet like lemons, oranges, amla, guava, kiwi etc. in your diet helps a lot in cold & allergy. Apart from this take balanced food comprising all nutrients - Carbs, protein, good fats, vitamins, minerals and water.

You can add garlic- ginger & turmeric in your meal to avoid infection & allergies. Well - balanced meals helpful in maintaining good health & immunity boost. Add ginger tea daily . Add turmeric warm water to sip.
