Both foods have nothing to do with sinusitis or cold/cough. Dates are high in disease fighting antioxidants and boiled eggs along with some spices such as turmeric and pepper will reduce inflammation caused due to sinusitis
Next Steps
You need to consume foods that will boost your immunity to bacteria that causes sinus infection. We can have a detailed conversation around this to help you control it.
Health Tips
All citrus fruits, Indian herbs and spices like turmeric, pepper, Tulsi leaves, ginger, green chillies will be beneficial to fight against sinus.   You can also have crushed ajwain leaves + rock salt + pepper for both cough and cold.. it's a age old remedy coming directly from our kitchen.
