I'm a vegetarian nd i feel really cold as compared to anybody else even to kids...wat do i do to feel normal or warmer.

Hallo mam - I v gone through your problem .there are additional u can incorporate in your meal plan .some food ingredients like iodine,ginger,onion, garlic u add more as compared to present. You can take some oils to cook like coconut, palm oil but these are not safe for long time ucan use these cooking oil for few days till body warm solution. Further take hot/semi hot water bath at night..abstain from sexual intercourese as you have some genital disorder. No stress & always warm & well cooked feedings. No back dated chilled or processed / kept in fridged foods
