Hello Better to have fruits before meals as they get lesser time to get digested. After food it may cause fermentation and produce gas. You can eat payasam as a short meal. But don't eat after citrus fruits and fruits sour in taste. Kheer you can have once in a while but not daily, and please take care of portion size. Take care

Healthy evening ma’am, Preferably, fruits should be eaten before two main meal because the fibers it contains help reduce the absorption of simple sugars, thus reducing GI of foods. You should not club citrusy, acidic items with milk, this can lead gas and heartburn.
Health Tips
To consume sweets before meals, not after them .Sweet take longer time to digest.Eating the sweet items first enables the flow of digestive secretion . Consuming sweets after meals, would slows down digestion.
