Dear maam, Keep calm dont stress while meal time. Avoid ultra processed food, say no to reuse of oil once use for deep frying , avoid using artificially hydrogenated fat eg Dalda, margarine ,intake of alcoholic beverage , long meal gaps, excess intake of salt sugar, red meat , processed non vegetarian food.

Keep in mind that is also important to remain hydrated.
