My Lipid Profile parameters are out of the ideal range. Total Cholesterol is 239 mg/ dl with HDL being 31.20 mg/ dl and LDL being 162.72 mg/ dl.
What changes should I make in my lifestyle? Do you suggest anything else to get the cholesterol levels within the ideal range?
