My Total cholesterol level -250mg/dl , HDL - 62 mg/dl, LDL - 160.6 mg/dl , Triglycerides -137 mg/dl , Non HDL cholesterol - 188 mg/dl. is there any problem, planning for pregnancy.

Healthy morning, Diet and lifestyle factors….. Foods that are high in saturated fat can also cause high cholesterol and high levels of triglycerides. Sticking to a varied and healthy diet : 1. Eating more plant - based foods like vegetables, legumes, fruits, whole grains, nuts and seeds is good for health 2 includes legumes ( or pulses such as chickpeas , lentils, split peas ) 3. Choose whole grains breads, pasta, rice , noodles. 4. Use avocado, nuts and fresh fruits 5. Choose unflavoured milk , yogurt and cheese or high cholesterol and heart disease should opt for reduce fat options. 6. Limit or avoid processed meats , including sausages and deli meats ( ham, bacon , salami)
Health Tips
Making lifestyle changes, especially changing some of foods you eat , and regular physical activity are very important to help reduce high LDL ( bad cholesterol) .
