I have recently done my blood test.The result shows total cholesterol level is 247mg/dl,HDLlevel is 0.29,LDL is171mg/dl, Triglycerides is247mg/dl,VLDL is 49.48 mg/dl and non HDL Cholesterol is196.57 mg/dl.I am worries,please help.What to do?

You need to increase physical activity, exercise on daily basis to increase your HDL, minimize intake of visible fats and include more fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet.
Take bottle guard juice first thing in the morning, it will help you to reduce cholesterol level.
Avoid refined, processed, fried foods.
Take proper sleep and lead a disciplined life with proper fixed timings to have your meals and sleep time.
No binging, snacking between meals.
