LDL Level ( Lipid Profile)
Hi i had just test my LIpid Profile and  my LDL level is 118.3 is it high ? How can i reduce this level and maintain it kindly advice me.

Hello, -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition

Hi Ya as per the level you mentioned your LDL level is not High. But I would recommend you to show a full lipid profile to me or any other Dietician for a dietary and lifestyle tips and a personalized diet plan if required. Do not ignore the Elevated levels in your blood reports

Hello In this case weight is very important maintain your ideal body weight As u did not provide full information Avoid eating out, junck food, fried food Do daily exercise for 45 min Be physically active, dont sit for long time Contineusly.
