Lipid profile report
Hi I had recent test done which doesn't looks good at all. Can u guide me how to get this reduced. Is there are reason to get worried off. Kindly tell me in detail. Do I need to take any medicine. I had a paid in my left Pam near by index finger as well. Is this because of these all. Kindlly help me on this. My Hba1 c is 5.90.

Healthy afternoon, Report showing Bad cholesterol is high and good cholesterol is low Also hb A1c is slightly higher side 1. Exercise regularly 2. Manage your stress 3. Take medication as prescribed 4. Stick to diet 5Eliminate trans fats 6. Loose weight 7. Eat soluble fibre 8. Eat mono saturated fats 9. Reducing saturated fats.
