Do not consume saturated fats, oils like coconut ,palm. rapeseed oils, do not take butter, ghee, do not take too much potatoes, plain rice,spices fast,junk,cream based, street ,restaurant foods. no chips,cold drinks,fried,foods,chop,cutlets etc. mainly saturated fats contained all foods or oils are culprits response ble for bad cholesterol ime LDL. & trigylcerol.
