Cholesterol is off balance because if your food habits and not consuming home-cooked balanced meals , Vitamin D can be fortified too with morning sunlight exposure .
But consuming supplements would hardly help you absorb just 30% of the total value instead try and supplement your diet with natural & clean food sources that will be 80-90% bio absorbable and will put your blood levels in place
Next Steps
Gulp down 1 garlic pod with water like a capsule in the morning, it will help you naturally to get rid of bad cholesterol form your blood but it will only help if you totally stop consuming ultra -processed & highly processed foods & switch over to simple home cooked balanced meals

As I always say talking multivitamin by our own oi blindly is not correct. If it is deficiency then take it.
Cholesterol reduce by taking high fibre diet..
So increase fruits and vegetables in your diet
If your vitamin D is very low a multivitamin will not be sufficient.
Cholesterol can be high because of unhealthy eating pattern as well.
Include more vegetables and a healthy regime to lower the levels.
No it's not safe , kindly consult any good Dietitian before popping up pills .
Make sure you select well qualified ones but not the quacks. You may search them on Google or various social platforms by name .
Thanks

any multivitamin can increase vitamin mineral level in your body as you are having deficiency of only vit D
for reducing cholesterol animal protein, high calorie foods to be reduced and calories deficit to be maintained if TG is also high
Healthy morning,
Yes, some vitamin may help lower cholesterol.
But keep in mind that vitamins aren’t magic remedy for cholesterol. Chances are taking vitamins will likely be part of larger treatment plan that consists of medication, diet and lifestyle changes. This is especially true if you are deficient in certain nutrients.
Vitamin supplements do not replace the need for cholesterol medication and suspending your cholesterol treatment without consulting and getting approval from a doctor first is not recommended.
