Does low GI foods really reduce weight?
It looks like it's just increasing the digestion time and does not reduce weight. I have been including low GI foods like vegetables or fruits or meat along with normal food. The usual digestion time of normal carbohydrates takes around 4 hours. Adding low GI foods increases to 6 hours or more. So the digestion time gets delayed. Hence, the food timing gets delayed. How to balance this? Who can answer?

Fat loss and good food habits
Im a 26 year old doing gym for atleast 2 hrs a day. One of the clients of my father suggested nutrilife nutrition and they conducted a class on changing food habits. They asked me to replace both normal tea and green tea and sugar with a drink they gave named AFRESH which cost around 700 rupees. I dont use sugar as I drink only green tea and no other eateries with sugar content.
They also asked me to replace morning breakfast with their nutrition shake named SHAKEMATE and FORMULA 1 both of which costs around 2000 rupees. As measured from their instrument, my fat content is 29.4, BMI 26.9, BMR 1984, height 181cm and weight 88kg. Today is my first day there and should I continue with their products or should I consult a dietitian for results for fat loss and good food habits?

Gallbladder removal and hair loss
Hello doctor...
My gallbladder was removed in oct 2021 due a pain and infection..
A month after the surgery I started experiencing hair loss and I visited hair specialist and they gave me multivitamins tabs and minoxidil and finastrate spay.. it's been almost a year and still there is a lot of hair loss.. I have almost lost half of my hair after the gallbladder removal..
Is it directly related?
Also want to know will it be a good option to take bile salts with meal so that nutrients are observed properly..

I am regular to gym & consume 4 egg white & 1 full boiled egg , 100 gm paneer & one 1250 MG Omega 3 capsule daily together with 25 gms of Whey protein powder from a reputed brand, apart from my regular diet. Please let me know if daily consumption of 1 capsule of Omega-3 of 1250 MG is safe ? & also the quantity of eggs & paneer I consume daily is under the safe limit ?
