Body is weak and i am under weight
According to my height i am under weight and since past years because of stress and depression my body gone very sick i think i need sustainable nutrition to heel my mind and body both due to this the glory of my face is now so dark please give suggestio to be good in my upcoming future

Remember few thumb rules 1) Hydration 2) Daily walk or yoga 3) Balanced diet 4) Positive thinking Now that you are prepared to heal , please do that, by thinking positive Eat Overnight soaked nuts like almonds , anjeer, walnuts, Have 100 gm curd on a daily basis If you are a vegetarian, have soyabean and also a supplement like Pea protein. If you are an eggitarian,have eggs daily one or two. Also non veg may be including like fish or eggs.

Obviously nutrition is one of the most important aspects but it is very much affected when other things in your life are not correctly set. For glowing skin you can have vitamin E like Evion 400 then vitamin c also you can go for some fruits like berries then oranges and you can also have some dry fruits. Please have lots of water. In the morning you can have detoxifying drinks like lemon water or jeera water and also you can have like apple cider vinegar of any good brand.
