Endura mass contains Soy protein isolate and whey etc. It can be had short term but why choose a supplement when you can get the same from natural foods? Up your calorie intake in a day through calorie dense foods. Dried fruits and nuts. 1-2 whole eggs in a day, banana and sweet potato. These help in a healthy weight gain. Also, there are a lot of controversies over Soy products for males as they could reduce testosterone levels which will further repress muscle build up in body.
